I was kindly sent a few lots by the British Asparagus group today, so I chose to make this dish, primarily because I had feta in the refrigerator and believed it would be a great concept. Turns out, it was. A fast note about the preserved lemon you do not always require to buy it especially for this dish if you don't think you'll use it in anything else (due to the fact that only an extremely percentage is needed), BUT if you do take place to have some in the refrigerator, then I extremely suggest it as I believe it works surprisingly with the feta.
